Request Account Deletion

BRCC CareHub allows users to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.

If you wish to permanently delete your BRCC CareHub account, please contact us using the details below.

• Registered Email Address

• Phone Number (if applicable)

• Reason for Account Deletion (optional)

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

Once your request has been verified and approved:

The following information will be permanently deleted where applicable:

• User account

• Login credentials

• Personal profile information

• Device tokens used for notifications

• User preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, contractual obligations, or for the continuity and integrity of healthcare records.
